Campaign fare (Happy Peach Promo) applies the same rule as Happy Peach fare.
Reservation Changes
Reservation Changes are available for all types of fares; however, the change fees differ depending on the type of ticket that has been purchased.
Changes to bookings will be accepted via internet and Contact Center or at airport counter up to 1 hour before the departure time for the flight already booked.
■Time/Date Change
Changes to Time/Date are permitted upon payment of the applicable Change Fee and Fare.
Changes to origin or destination are not permitted.
■Passenger Name Changes
It is not possible to change the name on tickets.
It is not possible to transfer your ticket to somebody else.
If the person to travel is to change, the ticket must first be cancelled and a new ticket must be purchased.
■Fare Changes (Happy Peach fare⇔Happy Peach fare）
Fare changes are available by paying the Change Fee and Fare difference.
Fare difference is non-refundable.

Cancellation and Refund
The rules differ depending on fare types.
“Happy Peach” fares are non-refundable. To cancel “Happy Peach” fares, 100% of total payment applies as a cancellation fee.
To cancel “Happy Peach Plus” ticket, the value of the fare minus the cancellation fee will be refunded as Peach Points. We do not refund to cash or credit card.
■Cancellation fee
Happy Peach Fare: 100% of total payment
Happy Peach Plus Fare: 1,050 yen
■In case of delays and cancellation of reserved flights due to adverse weather conditions or other disaster
If your reserved flight is cancelled, delayed or postponed due to adverse weather condition (such as typhoon, snowfall, or other act of nature), the following options apply regardless of the fare types.
There will be no cancellation or refund charges.

- ・If the original payment was made by a credit card, we will refund to a credit card account or you may request a refund as Peach Points.
- ・If your original payment was made at convenience store or through internet banking, we will refund to your bank account or as Peach Points.
- ・If your original payment was made by Peach Points, we will refund as Peach Points.
- ・If your original payment was made by Peach Points and credit card, the amount you have paid by a credit card will be refunded to your credit card account, and the rest of amount will be refunded as Peach Points. You may also request the full amount to refund as Peach Points.
■In case of delays and cancellation of reserved flights due to aircraft maintenance
If your reserved flight is cancelled, delayed or postponed due to aircraft maintenance, the following options apply regardless of fare types.
There will be no cancellation or refund charges.

What are Peach Points?
Passengers are entitled to use Points to pay fares, charges or taxes at a rate determined by Peach.
●Points may only be used by a Passenger who earned such Points.
●It may take up to 7 days to issue Peach Points after the request has been made.
●Points shall be valid and in force for a period of 180days commencing on the day on which such Points are issued.
●Points may not be exchanged for cash.
