We made a style that everyone can freely choose their own combination of good value to avoid a waste.

One of our safety measures is that all the aircrafts of peach are newly made.(It is the same as new cars) Generally speaking, the life of an aircraft is approximately 20 to 25 years. However, Peach replaces it for about 8 years because it is safer and prevents an airplane from getting damaged. In addition, it saves the cost on maintenance, which is also led to "Economizing". This point is efficient for safety as well as saving. (Needless to say, regardless of newness or oldness, having the proper maintenance is the most important thing.)

We do not reduce costs of preventing infections, and for both the airport and the inside of the aircraft, we take measures to cope with it.

When checking the website, why is there a time when a price is cheaper or more expensive?

Peach's airfare always "changes."

Prices change day by day depending on the date and the number of seat availability.

Necessary cost in addition to air fare

Why is there extra costs except for air fare? What are they?

In addition to air fare,
there is tax/airport fee＋payment fee
＋optionn fee

In order to board, there are some fees except for "air fare."
These are "airport fee" to use an airport, "tax" like departure tax to use an international flight, and "payment fee" to complete the payment.
If you add options such as seat selection and checked baggage, these option fees are added to the total cost.

Peach has three fare types.
Inclusive options are different.

Can I change the departure date or refund my booking?

I heard that I cannot change or cancel my booking. Is that true?

Depending on the ticket fare type, there are things you can and cannot do.

All bookings are changeable their flight. (Date/Time only)
Simple peach : fight change fee + price difference
Value peach and Prime peach : price difference (no flight change fee!)
The times of fight change is unlimited.
Value Peach/Prime Peach is applicable for voucher refund (Peachpoints) when you cancel your flights, which can be used for the payment of air tickets.
However, refunding to the original payment method is available when the reserved flight is cancelled by Peach.

Flight change requires an additional fee for any fare types when it is processed via our contact center or at the airport.

Therefore, we recommend modifying a booking from our website. Please be noted that fare type change cannot be processed from our website.

When a flight is cancelled due to bad weather and so on

If my flight is cancelled due to typhoon, is the cost refunded?

Regardless of fare types, air fare can be refundable.

Due to bad weather etc, if there is a heavy delay or cancellation on the flight, air fare can be refundable regardless of fare types.
Also, flight transfer within Peach's flights can be available.

Please note that we cannot compensate reservations of the round trip under separate bookings/ different reference numbers, and we cannot provide accommodation fee and transportation fee.

Rules of carry-on baggage

My carry-on baggage is too heavy or too much to bring it on board…!

You can bring 2 bags onboard, The total weight of both bags must not exceed 7kg.

Regardless of fare types, you can bring two bags, it must weight 7kg or less in total. (The sum of three sides is within 115cm)
If the number of carry-on baggage or the weight is more than the limitation, it has to be checked in.
Depending on the fare type, the number of free checked baggage differs from 0 to 2.

The space of overhead bins is limited, and it takes time to store when bringing too much baggage on board.

Cautionary points of checked baggage

My baggage is a bit heavier and bigger…so I can just check it in at the airport, right?

Checked baggage can be added cheaper online. Purchasing checked baggage online in advance is cheaper.

When checked baggage is fee-charging, it is more expensive when added at the airport compared to adding online beforehand.
Please prepare your baggage earlier and add checked baggage online if needed.

Cautionary points for seating

Can I select a seat when doing check-in?

Seat selection needs to be added in advance if desired.

In Peach, seat selection is fee-charging. If not selecting, your seat is automatically assigned, and it is not changeable.
We have four types of seating, and types of free seats are different depending on a fare type. (All types of seats are fee-charging when your fare type is Simple Peach.)

The differences among four types of seating

The price is different depending on the location of seats. Why is that?

Fast seat is on the first row and has wide space on footing. Pleasure seat is on the front rows or on the window rows and is good-value.
