Peach’s handling in regard to this outbreak is as follows.

1. Flight Suspensions or Reduction for some flights due to the impact of the New-type Coronavirus

In responding to the impact of the New-type Coronavirus and the decrease of needs of flights, we have decided to temporarily suspend or deduct service for some flights.
We sincerely apologize to all of our customers affected by this decision.

2.Special Handling of Air Tickets

For those with reservations on the affected flights, please apply for a refund or transfer to an alternative Peach flight.

*Tickets that has been cancelled or changed are ineligible for refund or flight transfer without charge.

In the event of the decision of the issuance of a state of emergency is officially announced by the Japanese Government, for tickets arriving at and departing from the eligible areas, we will accept refunds in Peach points or alternative flight transfer. No handling fee will be applied to either refund or flight transfer.

3. Transportation of Sanitizing Products

Spatial sanitization products used as precautions against infection of new coronavirus etc. may not be transported by aircraft.
