<System Resumed> Regarding the system error occurred in Peach reservation system

Peach's reservation system error has been recovered at 12:00 on 27Apr.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it has been caused to all customers.

 

This system error did not affect our flight operation.  Please come to the airport as usual for boarding.


If you hold a Peach booking, you may now manage your booking normally for all of the below procedures: booking change, cancellation and new reservation.

Due to the system error, for customer who holds a Peach booking but failed to change or cancel the booking 1 hour before the original departure time, we will offer below handlings to your unused ticket. 

 

In response to the issuance of a state of emergency, we are offering special handling to the flights departing from and arriving at Tokyo (Narita) and Osaka (Kansai) airports. For details, please check here.

 

【Customers who failed to change a booking due to the system error】
・Those who wish to change the departure date of your unused Peach ticket
 For bookings of departure time during the system error (counted from 1 hour after the officially announced time of error), you may change your booking even though the departure time of your ticket has past now.
 As this handling cannot be done via Peach website, please kindly contact Peach contact centre for handling.


・Those who would like to cancel your unused Peach ticket
 We will offer refund to your ticket. 
 As this handling cannot be done via Peach website, please kindly contact Peach contact centre for handling.

 

 

【Customers who failed to cancel a booking due to the system error】
・Those who holds a booking of Value Peach or Prime Peach fare 
 For bookings of departure time during the system error (counted from 1 hour after the officially announced time of error), your booking will be refunded even though the departure time of your ticket has past now.
 As this handling cannot be done via Peach website, please kindly contact Peach contact centre for handling.

 

・Those who holds a booking of Simple Peach fare
 As Simple Peach tickets are not eligible for refund, there is no need to apply for a handling.
