The Special Handling Policy and Extension of Application Period for Refund / Flight Change for Passengers Affected by Typhoon-21 “Jebi” and the Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake
We would like to express our deepest sympathy to the victims in the Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake, and wish for a soon recovery and well-beings to all being affected.
Furthermore, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to all of our valued customers and related parties regarding the flight cancellations due to Typhoon-21 “Jebi” and the Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake.
For the affected passengers due to Typhoon-21 “Jebi” and the Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake, Peach has the special handling policy regarding the Refund / Flight Change Application Period as mentioned below.
■ For Passengers Who Are Flying to/from Osaka Kansai Airport, New Chitose Airport or Kushiro Airport
Within the below mentioned period, for customers who have reserved a Peach ticket departing or arriving at Osaka Kansai Airport, New Chitose Airport or Kushiro Airport, no matter the operation status of flight, we will accept ticket refund application.
- All flights originally scheduled to depart or arrive at Osaka Kansai Airport during the period 5th September,2018 (Wed) to 11th September,2018 (Tue).
- All flights originally scheduled to depart or arrive at New Chitose Airport or Kushiro Airport during the period 6th September,2018 (Thu) to 11th September,2018 (Tue).

■ Extension of Refund / Flight Change Application Period due to Cancellation
Our contact center is receiving a larger than normal volume of enquiry calls causing the hotline to remain very busy. We sincerely apologize to each user whom are having trouble connecting to our hotline service.
In line with this situation, we will extend the eligible application period for the customers who are eligible for a refund or flight change due to heavy delays or cancellation of Peach flights. This is applicable to flight departure dates within the period of 1st July,2018 to 30th September,2018. The details are as below:

E.g. Original Departure Date: 5th Semtember,2018 → New Application Deadline: 30th November,2018
