Flight Suspensions or Reduction in response to the spread of the New-type Coronavirus(Last Updated June 18, 2021)

Thank you very much for your continued and loyal support of Peach.

In responding to the spread of the New-type Coronavirus, we have decided to temporarily suspend or reduce service on a part of our routes and have applied to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for the change of the flight schedule plan.

We sincerely apologize to all of our customers affected by this decision.

 

For those with reservations on the affected flights, please apply for a refund or transfer to an alternative Peach flight.
No handling fee will be applied to either refund or flight transfer.

How to confirm a suspended flight, a cancelled flight or a flight eligible for special handling

You can confirm whether your booked flight is a suspended flight, a cancelled flight or a flight eligible for special handling by the procedures as below.

  1. STEP 1. Make a booking search at the "Manage Booking" site.

    Please prepare the booking number and one of the passengers' family name (not the full name) for this search. (A registered Peach account holder can also check by logging-in to the Peach account using a PC)

  2. STEP 2. To confirm the "Notice of transfer or refund of booking flight" notification message for an eligible flight.

    ■ In case of a suspended flight or a cancelled flight

    ①In case the flight being searched is suspended or cancelled, the status will be shown as "Cancelled" on top of the departure date.

    ②Please choose whether to transfer to an alternative Peach flight or to refund for this affected flight.
    *No handling fee required for this flight transfer/refund application.

    ■ In case of a significantly delayed flight or a flight eligible for special handling

    ①①In case the flight being searched is significantly delayed or eligible for special handling, the status will be shown as "Schedule Change" on top of the departure date.
    ②Please choose whether to depart as scheduled, to transfer to an alternative Peach flight or to refund for this eligible flight.
    *No handling fee required for this flight transfer/refund application.

Regarding Refund or Transfer to an Alternative Peach Flight

Refund or flight transfer application can be made through the “Manage Booking” page of Peach website.

① Refund
  *No handling fee will be charged for this refund application.
  *The refund application period:Within 30 days since the original departure date

② Transfer to an Alternative Peach Flight of the Same Route (No Change in Origin and Destination)
 *No handling fee is required for this flight transfer application.
 *Transfer acceptance period:within 10 days counted from the next day of your original departure date
 *Eligible period for alternative flight departure date:
 Japan Domestic Flights:Until August 31, 2021
 International Flights:Until October 27, 2021
