Q. When I check my PNR on the "Manage My Booking' site, why is a different PNR reference number displayed?
A. Due to our system renewal, PNR's made on or before June 29, 2018 have been assigned a new PNR reference number. You can access "Manage My Booking" with either PNR reference number.
Q An error occurred when trying to check in at the airport. What can I do?
A. If you made a reservation on or before June 29, 2018, two(2) PNR were issued. Please bring both PNR to the airport.
Q: I attempted to log in to the Peach account, but the following error is displayed and I can not log in.
