Refund Form

Dear Customer,

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the flight cancellation.
Please apply for a refund by filling out the application form below.

Deadline for Refund Application depends on the cause:
Heavy delay and cancellation due to

・Weather conditions or other disaster: Within 10 days from the reserved flight departure date
・Aircraft maintenance: Within 30 days from the reserved flight departure date

If the original payment was made by a credit card or Peach Point, we will refund to your credit card account or to the original Peach Point voucher. If your original payment was made at convenience store or through internet banking, we will refund to designated account. Please provide your bank account information for refund. If your bank is located outside Japan, please contact our contact center for the refund.

Refund may take 1-2 months to process. Please use caution when filling out the application. Errors on your application could cause delays in processing your refund. If your ticket was purchased via a travel agency, please contact the agency directly for refund by the refund deadline.

If you booked at a travel agent, please contact your travel agent before deadline.

If you hold insurance, refunds for insurance fees must be separately requested directly from the insurance company; insurance fees will not be refunded by Peach. Please contact the insurance company if your travel plans are changed or decide to cancel your itinerary.

If you want to request refund for only ONE OF THE PASSENGERS in the same booking, please contact our contact center. (This refund application can only accept refunds of ALL PASSENGERS in the reservation.)

A. If original payment was made by a credit card or peach point
please select either "Refund All Itinerary" or "Refund Only Cancelled Flight".

B. If original payment was made at convenience store or through internet banking,
please enter the name of your bank account details in JAPANESE TWO-BYTE
KATAKANA-LETTERS (e.g. ピーチnot as ピーチ)..
AND please select either or "Refund All Itinerary" or "Refund Only Cancelled Flight"

1.Within two weeks after receiving your application, an email will be sent to the email address registered in the booking record.
*This email is only available in Japanese.
2.Please proceed to the URL in the email to fill in bank account details to receive refund.
3.Please provide the name of your refund destination bank account, bank, branch and number in the registration form.
 *Please have your account details on hand when you fill out the refund request form,
 *Email for refund procedure will be sent from “noreply@resmail.flypeach.com”.
 Please check your email settings/filters to ensure proper delivery to your inbox.
 *If bank is located outside Japan, please contact our contact center for the refund.
