[Apology: Partial Restoration] System Error Affecting Peach Booking Website

Due to a system failure in our email transmission system, emails such as itinerary confirmations could not be sent.

We would like to inform you that some email functionalities have now been restored.

■ Currently Available
・Booking Confirmation Notice sent after completing a new reservation (Restored around 15:00 JST on Oct 8)
etc.
・Emails sent from the Manage Booking site

■ Currently Unavailable
・Emails sent from the Account site (excluding Itinerary)
etc.

The "Your Peach Reservation" emails that could not be sent between around 3:00 JST on Oct 7 and around 15:00 JST on Oct 8 were resent from 18:00 JST on Oct 8 through Oct 9.

For the emails that remain unrestored, we are continuing to work with our system vendor to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and trouble this may cause our customers.

Please note that there is currently no impact on flight operations.
