Towards a New Peach: Delivering Value Beyond the Price Tag
Since our founding, Peach has strived to breathe new life into Japan’s aviation and travel industries,
with the aim of creating a society where anyone can travel by air with ease.
Thanks to your support, our cumulative passenger count has exceeded 75 million,
and we have grown to become Japan’s third-largest airline.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to our customers for their continued support.
The journey leading up to our 15th anniversary has by no means been an easy one.
Having weathered the crisis of survival posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in particular,
we resolved not simply to "return to the way things were", but to ‘take on the challenge’ of further evolution.
We have listened closely to the feedback we receive from our customers every day and,
with the entire company united, have embarked on improvements to revitalise every aspect of the customer experience,
from booking to boarding.
Moving forward, Peach will evolve into an airline that offers "value beyond the price",
without being constrained by conventional frameworks, whilst maintaining our affordable fares.
Whilst cherishing the fundamental qualities of air travel, such as punctuality and comfort,
we aim to create a new identity that embodies Peach’s unique character.
