Airport map

Departure (Terminal 2, International)

Peach's check-in counter is located at Terminal 2, International, 1/F

1. Check-in:

Please complete check-in with our kiosks between 120 minutes and 50 minutes before the schedule departure.

2. Security checkpoint:

Inspection of carry-on baggage. (*Carrying more than 100ml of liquids is prohibited.)
Those containers are placed in a clear resealable plastic bag with a maximum volume of 1 liter, a total length and width within 40cm. Only 1 bag per person is allowed on board.

3. Customs Inspection:

You need to declare if you have the cash foreign currency equivalent of more than 100 million JPY.

4. Immigration:

Immigration cards are not required for Japanese nationals.

Arrival(Terminal 2, International Arrival Gate)

The exit of arrival flights in Kansai International Airport is located at Terminal 2, International Arrival Gate.

1. Quarantine:

If you have any health concerns please consult your doctor or quarantine officials.

2. Immigration:

Please present your passport, boarding pass and immigration card.
(Immigration cards are not required for Japan nationals.)

3. Baggage Claim:

Check your baggage carousel number on the monitor, and pick up your baggage.

4. Customs Inspection:

Passengers arriving from outside Japan must complete and submit a customs declaration form whether they have items to declare or not.

Free shuttle bus between Aeroplaza and Terminal 2

There is a free shuttle bus operating between Aeroplaza and Terminal 2.
(Time required 7 to 9 min.)


Train

Since there is no train connection to Terminal 2, passengers using JR or Nankai lines should exit the station and proceed to the right (in the opposite direction to the Terminal 1 building).
Use the free shuttle bus from Aeroplaza on the 1F.


Limousine bus

There are limousine buses going to Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (via Terminal 1).


High-speed ferry

There is a high speed ferry, the Bay Shuttle, operating that connects Kansai International Airport and Kobe Airport.

From the ferry terminal to the Terminal 2 building
After arriving at the Kansai International Airport ferry terminal, take a special shuttle bus.
The special shuttle buses are timed to match all ferry services.
From the boat terminal, you will arrive at the Terminal 2 building after going via the Terminal 1 building in approximately 20 mins.

From the Terminal 2 building to the ferry terminal
Purchase a ticket via the High-speed Ferry ticket counter at the International Arrival Gate, and take a shuttle bus for the Port Terminal.


Car and Taxi

It is possible to access Terminal 2 directly by private car or taxi.
For passengers coming by car, please use the "P5" parking lot in front of the Terminal 2 building.
For passengers using taxis, please come to the taxi drop off area of Terminal 2.
Visitors coming to meet or see off passengers are also required to use the parking area for travelers.
If you exit the parking area within 30 mins, parking is free.
After 30 mins, parking fees will be payable and they will be charged counting from time you entered the parking area.
