If there is a mechanical failure or your passport does not have an IC chip, please go to the JR West Midori ticket counter.
Exchange of reserved seat ticket: Please exchange your reserved seat ticket at the Midori ticket vending machine before boarding.

[3] Instructions for getting on the Bus
Please show the following two items to the shuttle bus staff when boarding the bus:
○Your coupon on your travel itinerary (on your smart phone or printed)
○Your boarding pass for Kansai to Niigata (on the day of boarding the shuttle bus)

You will receive "500JPY Ticket" in exchange for your boarding pass (which can be used to purchase products at Niigata Airport and sightseeing spots in Niigata.)
