Boarding procedures (check-in)
Please issue the boarding pass using one of the following methods.
- Self-check-in kiosk:90-30 minutes prior to the departure time

Peach App:120-30 minutes prior to the departure time
App Auto Check-in
This is an app-exclusive feature that allows you to
pre-set your check-in starting 48 hours before the
scheduled departure time.
If you enable Auto Check-in, app check-in (issuance of
the boarding pass) will be completed automatically 120
minutes prior to departure, and you will receive a
push notification.

Airport counters and baggage drop-off are available from
90 minutes to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure
time.
Please note that check-in procedures and
baggage checking are not available after this time.
A
boarding pass is required when checking baggage. After
check-in, please issue a baggage tag at the Peach
BAGGAGE TAG KIOSK and proceed to the baggage drop
area.
About Baggage Tag Kiosks / Self Bag Drop
Pass through the security gate at least 25
minutes prior to the departure time and then wait near
the boarding gate until boarding begins.
- Notes
- Peach arrives and departs at Kansai Airport Terminal 2.
- ・If arriving by rail, you will need to get off at Terminal 1 and take the free shuttle bus to Terminal 2.
- ・The free shuttle bus takes about 10 minutes. Be sure to keep this in mind when planning your schedule.

Kansai Airport Terminal 2 is accessible by rail, airport express bus, private car, and taxi.
・By rail
For Terminal 2
Free shuttle bus
Use the free shuttle bus from Kansai Airport Station
to Terminal 2.
Reach the free shuttle bus
boarding area by turning right after exiting the
station turnstiles, passing through Aero Plaza, and
descending to the first floor.
・By airport express bus
Please use a bus bound for Kansai Airport.
Some buses do not stop at Terminal 2. (those buses
stop only at Terminal 1)

Nankai Bus
Use the free shuttle bus from Terminal 1 to Terminal
2.
From the second floor of Terminal 1, proceed
toward the Kansai Airport Station turnstiles, pass
through Aero Plaza, and descend to the first floor for
the free shuttle bus boarding area.

・By private car/taxi
Go directly to Terminal 2.
If coming by private
car, use parking areas [P5/P6] near the Terminal 2
building.

Arrive at Terminal 2.
*Depending on the spot where the aircraft stops, you
may deboard the aircraft exit at a distance from the
terminal exit.

Rail, airport express bus, and high-speed ferry services connect Kansai Airport to various locations.
・By rail
For Terminal 1 Free shuttle bus
Kansai Airport Station is accessible directly from
Aero Plaza via the concourse floor.
Use the free
shuttle bus to go from Terminal 2 to Kansai Airport
Station.
After deboarding from the free shuttle
bus, go up to the second floor and pass through Aero
Plaza to reach Kansai Airport Station.
・By airport express bus
Turn right after exiting the domestic arrivals lobby to reach the airport express bus ticketing machines. Airport express buses connect the airport with various locations, centered on the Kansai area and including Shikoku, Okayama, and other regions.
・By High-speed ferry
Ferry tickets are on sale at the high-speed ferry ticket
counter at the international arrivals exit.
After
buying a ferry ticket, take the dedicated shuttle bus to
the Port Terminal.
Bay Shuttle high-speed ferries connect Kansai Airport with Kobe Airport in about 30 minutes.
