- Please check that you have already applied checked baggage

- Weigh up to 20 kg each
Please check in at the counter for the following baggage items.
- Overweight Baggage (Over 20kg)
- Oversized baggage :The sum of its three dimensions (length, width, height) is more than 204 cm, or if individual dimensions exceed 80 cm (height), 80 cm (width), or 230 cm (length)
- Sports equipment (e.g. golf bags, bicycles, skis/snowboards, surfboards, etc)

How to use the service
The Baggage Tag Kiosk (baggage tag issuing machine) is only available to passengers who have already checked in.
Please place your baggage.
If you have 2 baggage, place baggage one by one.
Please scan the 2D code on your boarding pass upwards.
Please scan the boarding pass of the passenger who check the baggages.
Printing baggage tag.
Please attach the baggage tag.
Please attach the baggage tag and press 【Confirm】.
Back side
Overlap and stick the reverse sides (A) and (B).
Please keep your receipt to your destination.
Please follow the instructions at the airport to proceed to baggage drop.
For passengers departing from Kansai Airport
After issuing your baggage tags, please proceed to the self-baggage drop.
You can complete your baggage drop-off in a few simple steps without queuing at the counter.
【Please note】
- Please lay suitcases flat when placing them. We can’t accept bags taller than 55cm.
- Please scan the boarding pass and baggage tag at the self-baggage drop machine. Ensure the name on the baggage tag matches the boarding pass before scanning.
- Please use a tray for baggage under 3kg or items with loose straps (e.g., backpacks) to prevent tangling.
