Arrival (Terminal 1 5F)

1. Quarantine & Immigration:

Please show your passport and immigration card.

2. Baggage Claim:

Check your baggage carousel number on the monitor, and pick up your baggage.

3. Customs Inspection:

Please go to the red counter if you have items to declare or to the green counter if you do not have any items to declare.

Less than 19 cigarettes/ 1 cigar /total of 25 grams of cigar / 25 grams of other manufactured tobacco
1 liter of liquor with an alcohol content of 30% or more / Unlimited number of wines and liquors with alcohol content of less than 30%

Departure (Terminal 1)

Peach does not offer in-town check-in facilities and does not have an in-town luggage check-in service.
Peach does not provide connecting ferry service from China and Macau.
Please note that the passengers cannot board ferries arriving at Hong Kong International Airport.

1. Check-in:

Please complete check-in at our check-in counter between 150 minutes and 50 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
*The locations of check-in counters change depends on the flights. Please check the airport monitors.

*It takes around 35-45 minutes from check-in counters to Gates.The shuttle train comes every 5 minutes.
Please secure your boarding time, and please come to boarding gate 30 minutes prior to your flights departure.

2. Carry-on baggage inspection:

The inspection of carry-on baggage.
*Carrying more than 100ml of liquids is prohibited.
Those containers are placed in a clear plastic zip-top bag with a maximum volume of 1 liter, a total length and width within 40cm. Only 1 bag per person is allowed on board.
