Arrival (Termina 2 2F)

1. Quarantine & Immigration:

Please show your passport and immigration card.

2. Baggage Claim:

Check your baggage carousel number on the monitor, and pick up your baggage.

3. Customs Inspection:

Please go to the red counter if you have items to declare or to the green counter if you do not have any items to declare.

1. Check-in:

Please complete check-in at our check-in counter between 150 minutes and 50 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
