Depending on the age of the child, a seat may need to be purchased or the child may need to be accompanied.
Please check the list below and purchase a ticket as required.

・Each adult passenger can travel with up to two infants. (One infant must purchase a ticket to reserve a seat and use a child safety seat.)
・The total number of infants allowed on board per flight is limited.

If you wish to sit next to each other

If you would like to sit next to a family member or friend, or if you have a preferred seat, please designate your seat in advance. If you do not select a seat, your seat will be allocated at check-in and you may be separated from your companion.

*Changes or transfers are not permitted after check-in or on board the aircraft.

Seating is more convenient at the back.

Rear seats are recommended as they are closer to the lavatories and it is easier to talk to the cabin crew.
If you would like more space for your child to sleep or play with toys, please also consider the Space Seat option (available for a fee).

Exit Row Seats

For safety reasons, passengers under 15 years of age and passengers with children under 12 years of age are not permitted to use seats on emergency exit rows. Please see the 'Aircraft' page for the location of emergency exits for each aircraft.

During busy periods, such as long holidays, please allow plenty of time to get to the airport.

Check-in

On the day of boarding, please complete check-in procedures (check-in) by using the app/automated check-in machine/airport counter during reception hours.

  • *Procedures may be limited depending on the nature of the booking.
  • *Children not occupying a seat will also be issued a boarding pass in the name registered at the time of booking.

Strollers and Child safety seats as checked baggage

When you travel with children, strollers/child safety seats/cribs(bassinets) can be checked in free of charge.

*If a vinyl or other cover is required, passengers are requested to provide their own.
*If the size of the pushchair when folded is within the size/number/weight allowed in the cabin, it may be carried on board. It must be folded before passing through the boarding gate.
If you have more baggage than just the pushchair, you can check in baggage by paying only for what you need.
*Bassinets and cribs are not allowed on board. Footrests and portable beds for children may not be used at the crew's discretion. Please contact the Contact Centre if you would like to check in advance whether these beds can be used on board.

If you have many baggages other than just a stroller, you can check in your baggage by paying only for what you need.

Stroller for rental

Domestic flights Peach has strollers available for rental, which can be used from the Peach counter to the boarding gate.
*There is a limit to the number of strollers available.
*Please leave your own stroller at the counter.
International
flights
For international flights departing from overseas airports, there are no strollers available for rental.
Passengers can use their own stroller to reach the boarding gate.

Priority boarding

Pregnant passengers and passengers with small children under 2 years of age will have priority to get on board as soon as the aircraft is ready. Please come to the boarding gate as soon as possible.

Assistance with baggage storage / retrieval

Cabin attendants are available to help you stow/retrieve your baggage. Please feel free to ask for assistance.

Separate baggage for your child's immediate use in the cabin from non-immediate items in advance, so that you can smoothly retrieve your baggage when your child needs care.

Diapers changing stand in the lavatory.

The cabin has lavatories with diapers changing stand at the front and rear of the cabin.

Provides hot water for powdered milk

Hot water can be provided. Please ask the cabin crew if you require.

*The amount of hot water that can be provided is limited.

The hot water that can be provided on board is hot. If you want to give your baby milk immediately, we recommend that you bring water to cool the hot water or bring hot water at the right temperature in a water bottle with keeping it hot / cool.
Carrying a water bottle with a heat-retention function can be useful for anything♪

Lending of picture books

Picture books are available on board. Please feel free to ask the cabin crew for more information.

  • *Limited number of flights and some flights are not equipped.

Precautions to prevent injuries

Take care not to pinch your fingers or injure yourself when lifting or lowering the seat armrests or stowing the table.

*The table in the first row of seats is designed to be stored inside the armrest.
*For the safety of children, parents or guardians should raise and lower the armrests and put the table in and out of the seat.

If a small child is temporarily placed in a seat alone, for example to store baggage, take care not fall out of the seat.

Approved child safety seat for using on board

Only those that meet conditions 1 to 5 and safety standards may be used on board.

2. Infants need to be seated properly without exceeding the weight, height and age limit indicated on the child safety seat.
3. Only Front-facing child safety seats are allowed to use on board
*Rear-facing child safety seats are not acceptable.
4. Your child safety seat must to be attached to the aircraft seats with the two-point seat belt.
*ISOFIX type cannot be installed on the seat.
