・If you require special support at the airport or on board, please call our Contact Center by telephone to make your booking. Online booking is not available for passengers requiring special support.
  You will not be charged a booking fee.
・If you have made your booking via the Internet, be sure to call our Contact Center and let us know the types
  of assistance you need at least 5 business days prior to your departure.
・Check-in procedures and security check may take some time. For both domestic/international flights, please come to the check-in counter at least 30 minutes before closing time of check-in.
・The following medical equipment and treatment are unacceptable for Peach flight:
- stretchers
- incubators

Passengers with Limited Mobility

In order to make your flight safe and pleasant, passengers whose safety depends on assistance or supervision of others must travel with companions.

*A travel companion must be at least 12 years of age.


Booking via Contact Center
1. Please inform us if you require a companion.
Our cabin attendants are not permitted to provide medical services, to assist with feeding or personal hygiene and lavatory functions. For those customers requiring such assistance, it is recommended to travel with an escort.

2. Please let us know your condition of mobility.
-Cannot walk by yourself
-Can walk alone but cannot ascend or descend stairs by yourself
-Can ascend or descend stairs by yourself but cannot walk long distance

3. Please tell us your wheelchair specification
Please inform us of your wheelchair specification including the number of wheelchairs, size, weight and type of battery (if it is electric). Please download and fill in the form below.
Please send it via fax at least 5 business days prior to your departure.

Please note that there are limitations on the number and types of wheelchairs we can accept for each flight. Peach cannot accept the following types of wheelchairs:
-Wheelchair with non-sealed batteries
-Li-ion battery which exceeds 300Wh on condition that the battery can be removed easily by the user
-Battery which has no function to prevent unintentional operation and the battery terminal cannot be isolated on condition that the battery can only be removed by using tool or asking the manufacturer to do.

Check-in
・Wheelchair must be checked-in as luggage.
・Wheelchair service is available for use at airport.
・Be sure to arrive at the boarding gate well in advance of your flight departure.

On Board
・Please feel free to inform our flight attendants of any assistance you may need.
・Tools which support mobility (such as crutches, canes, walkers etc) are allowed to be brought on board provided they can be stowed under front seat or in an overhead storage.
・Please note that customers with disabilities cannot be assigned to exit row seating for safety reasons.

Arrival
・If you have requested assistance in exiting the aircraft, please remain seated until our crew arrives.

Passengers Traveling with Service Dogs (Guide Dogs/Hearing Dogs/Assistance Dogs)

Visually impaired, hearing impaired or disabled passengers may bring guide dogs, hearing dogs, or assistance dogs on board at no additional charge.
*Emotional Assistance Animals are not allowed to be brought on-board.


Booking via Contact Center
If you are traveling internationally, please note that service dogs are subject to quarantine in some countries. For information on entry requirements and other regulations, please contact the consulate of your destination country or an animal quarantine center nearest you in Japan. In the case of Japan, you will be required to follow import/export quarantine procedures.
※There are limitations on the number of service dogs we can accept for each flight.

Check-in
Please note that our staff will check your guide dog user certificate/harness on the guide dog (white or yellow harness for guide dogs), or service dog certificate/indication on the harness that the dog is an "assistance dog" or "hearing dog."

On Board
For security reasons, we will assign your seat; emergency exit row seats will be excluded.
There is no fee for the seat selection.

Arrival
If you have requested assistance in exiting the aircraft, please remain seated until our crew arrives.

Passengers with Illness or Injury

The environment inside an operating aircraft is unique, and it may affect the conditions of your illness or injury.
Please consult your physician to confirm if you are fit to travel by air. Depending on your health condition, we may not permit you to board.

The following customers may not be permitted to board:
- Customers with health concerns
- Customers with major injuries
- Customers who have had major surgery

Passengers with Personal Medical Equipment

If you need to use personal medical equipment onboard, please fill out the medical information form (in English or Japanese) and send it to our Contact Center via fax 5 business days prior to  your departure. The Medical Information Form must be issued within 14 days including the date of departure and must be certified that you are fit to travel by air. Peach will review the Medical Information Form and determine whether or not accommodations can be made for the passenger.

※While our flight attendants will do their best to accommodate your travel needs, they are unable to provide any medical assistance such as medications, medical devices, or medical attention etc. If you require assistance with any of these, we recommend that you travel with a companion or make alternative arrangements.

If you board by yourself, you may be asked to submit a medical information form which indicate your capability to travel alone.

There are certain restrictions to carry medications and medical equipment on-board.

Oxygen Cylinders

Oxygen is considered a dangerous good and therefore may only be brought onboard for medical purposes.
Your oxygen cylinder must meet the following requirements:

1. It must be an approved cylinder and labeled
2. It must be gaseous oxygen for medical purposes, labeled "O2."
3. It must have passed a stress test within the last 3 years (5 years for some cylinders).
4. It must measure no more than 70cm×10cm, weigh no more than 5 kg as it is stored underneath a seat. It must not exceed 5 kg gross weight (including carry bag)

Some types of cylinders cannot be brought onboard.To check the specifications in advance, please fill in the form below and the Medical Information Form, send to the Contact Center at least 5 business days prior to your departure.

*the person using the cylinder must be fully knowledgeable in its use or must board with an escort who is fully
  knowledgeable in its use.
*The cylinders should be fitted underneatha seat, so be sure to bring enough length of portable oxygen connectors
  (or tubes).
*If the cylinders cannot be stowed underneath a seat, they must be checked in as luggage.
*Portable oxygen bottles, packs of liquid oxygen or oxygen generators for sports use are not allowed to be brought on the
  aircraft.
*For security reasons, we will assign your seat; emergency exit row seats will be excluded. There is no fee for the seat
  selection.

Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC)

Some types of equipment cannot be used on the aircraft and some types may not be carried on board. Please download the "Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC) Specification Check Form" from below and complete the required information, including the equipment manufacturer, model number, size, and battery type. The completed form and the Medical Information Form should then be sent by FAX to our Contact Center at least 5 business days before the planned date of departure.

Note:
- Please note that there is no power supply on the seats on Peach aircraft.
- Please have a medical certificate prepared if you are to use a POC on the aircraft. In addition, the user should be fully familiar with the operation of the portable oxygen concentrator, or else should be accompanied by somebody who is fully familiar with it.
- Items of a size which cannot be secured under the seats may have to be checked in as baggage.
- When using portable oxygen concentrators, please ensure that the battery power will be sufficient for the length of the flight and will also be sufficient should any delays occur. You should therefore prepare power for around 1.5 times the length of the flight.
- To prevent spare batteries from shorting, please wrap them appropriately to prevent contact with any metallic objects, including the terminals of other batteries.
- For safety reasons, it is not possible to sit in the exit rows or in the first row of seats.

Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD)

Dialysis cannot be conducted onboard.

Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP*1)

Depending on equipment, some types of equipment cannot be used or brought onboard. We will confirm whether the model of CPAP machine you have can be used on board. Be sure to contact our Contact Center at least 5 business days prior to departure.

※There is no power supply for each seat.
※Power may be turned off without prior notice in case of system failure or over-consumption of power.

CPAP*1 (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machines pump air through a nasal mask to ensure that the respiratory tract remains open. They are used by sufferers of Sleep Apnea Syndrome. They prevent snoring, allowing the user to sleep restfully.


Insulin syringes (injection needle) / Epinephrine autoinjector

Customers with diabetes or who use self-injection can bring their Insulin syringes (injection needle) and/or epinephrine auto injector in the cabin. In order to pass the security check smoothly, please inform security check staff that you have the medical syringes (injection needles). For international flights, we recommend carrying a document explaining the purpose of the treatment. Please do not leave used medical syringes (injection needles) in the cabin, and dispose them properly.


Artificial Limbs

Use of artificial limbs is permitted on flights operated by Peach.
Passengers are allowed to bring spares on board within the limits of carry-on baggage.
If exceeding the limits, you can check your baggage at the time of check-in. Your baggage should be packed properly to withstand shock.

Important Notice:
You may be asked at an airport security check to show a certificate issued by your doctor or other professionals. We recommend that you travel with a certificate in case you need to present it to security personnel.



Passengers Traveling While Pregnant or with Children


Pregnant Passengers

Decreased air pressure during flight may slightly reduce the amount of oxygen in your blood; so that it may cause problems especially if you are in the late stage of your pregnancy. We do not recommend pregnant women expecting delivery within 14 days to travel on Peach flights.
However, if you need to travel by air, you need to submit a doctor’s certificate (written in English or Japanese) to indicate the condition of pregnancy and passenger is in good health for air travel and expected date of confinement.
It must be issued by a physician no less than 7 days prior to departure (including day of departure).
If you are pregnant and expecting delivery within 28 days, you are required to carry the medical certificate (written in English or Japanese).
If you are pregnant expecting delivery within 14 days, submission of the medical certificate as well as an accompanying physician is necessary.
Peach will review the Medical Information Form and determine whether or not accommodations can be made for the passenger.
Please send it to our Contact Center via fax at least 5 business days prior your departure day.

Each pregnant passenger expecting delivery within 28 days may travel with only one infant.
In this case, you may not hold the infant on your lap. Even if the infant is under the age of 2, you must purchase a separate ticket and have the infant seated in his or her own seat using a child safety seat*. Infants older than the age of 2 are allowed to be seated independently without a child safety seat.
*Please check the regulations on the child safety seat.

*Passengers can fly with Peach from 8 days after birth.
*Infant or child under 2 years old not requiring a seat is free of charge.
*Infant or child under 11 years of age needs to be accompanied by a passenger at least 12 years of age.
However, please make sure to include your child's name to your booking.
*One adult may accompany up to two infants less than 3 years of age. One of your babies is to occupy his or her seat using a child seat. Only one child is allowed to travel on the lap of accompanying adult. Child older than the age of 2 is required to purchase a ticket.
*Peach has no children special discounted fare.
*Infants under the age of 1 who are not occupying a seat can travel free of charge. Even in this case, since the number of infants on board is limited, you must inform that you are traveling with your baby when you make your reservation or purchase your tickets.
*Please note that we do not have baby strollers, child safety seats, or baby bassinets for rental. Please check the regulation of child safety seats.
*Each adult passenger can travel with up to two infants who are under the age of 2. However, an additional seat must be purchased for the second infant, who will be seated in his or her own seat using a child safety seat.
*Infants older than the age of 2 are allowed to be seated independently without a child safety seat.
*For security reasons, you may not be seated in the emergency exit rows.
*Peach accepts stroller and child safety seat in addition to checked baggage allowance for free.

Usage of Child Safety Seats

Please note that we do not have child safety seats for rental. We kindly ask you to bring your own. Peach accepts one child safety seat in addition to carry-on baggage allowance. First and Second bag fees do not apply to either a stroller or a child safety seat. If checking a child safety seat, it will not count as one of your checked baggage. If you use a child safety seat, the standard adult fare will be charged for occupying a seat.Please note that we do not assist passengers to set up the child seat. We kindly ask you to set up the child seat by yourself.

You are allowed to use only the child safety seats that meet the government-approved safety standards.
Any child safety seat that fails to meet the safety standards will have to be left with us as a checked baggage.
The following child safety seats may be used on board the aircraft:
(1) Ones that meet the Japanese standards (JIS, equipment format specification rule), and bear the prescribed label;
(2) Ones that meet United States FMVSS-Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard, and bear the prescribed label;
(3) Ones that meet ECE-R44 issued by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, and bear the prescribed label;
(4) Ones that allow infants to be seated properly without exceeding the weight limit indicated on the seat.
(5) Rear-facing car seats are not allowed to use

Please note that we cannot accept the types of child safety seat shown in the following pictures, in addition to ones that cannot be attached to the aircraft seats with the two-point seat belt. (Child safety seats that require the three- or four-point seat belts are not acceptable.)
