Minimum

Terms and conditions	Passengers aged 2 years and over. *Customers under 2 years of age can also be booked if they require a seat.
Number of seats on sale	There are limited number of seats available. Seats may not be available depending on the date of travel and flight.
Sales deadline	Until 23:59, two days prior to the scheduled departure date *Local time at the departure airport.
Carry-on baggage	Baggages listed below can be carried on board free of charge. The following sizes/numbers/weights can be brought in. Size Sum of 3 dimensions not exceeding 115 cm Number of pieces Up to two pieces per person, including personal belongings Gross weight Up to a total of 7 kg per person Including items purchased at duty-free shops etc. after passing through security checkpoints. If the size/number of pieces/weight is exceeded, the baggage must be checked in as checked baggage.
Checked baggage	Baggages listed below can be checked in for a fee. The following sizes/numbers/weights can be checked in Size Sum of 3 dimensions not exceeding 203 cm Number of pieces Up to 5 pieces (including sports equipment) Weight Up to 20 kg per piece (total weight 100 kg/person) Maximum per piece is 32 kg; overweight charges apply for items between 20 and 32 kg. Baggage with a total of 204 cm or more on three sides (maximum height 80 cm/width 80 cm/ depth 230 cm or less on each side) will be subject to an oversized option charge. (For more information, see here) Charges vary depending on the place of purchase procedure. Fees for international flights vary depending on the route.

Ticketing fee	Ticketing fee is required per person per sector. This only applies to the first ticket purchase. This does not apply if otherwise stipulated by applicable local law.
Flight change	It cannot be changed. *This does not apply if otherwise provided in the General Conditions of Carriage.
Change of origin / destination	It cannot be changed. *This does not apply if otherwise provided in the General Conditions of Carriage.
Change of passenger	Cannot be changed to another passenger.
Cancellation at the customer's personal reason	You can cancel up to one hour prior to the departure time stated in the itinerary.
Refunds for cancellations at the customer's personal reason	No refunds are possible. *This does not apply if otherwise stipulated by applicable local law or the Conditions of Carriage.
Granting Points for cancellations at the customer's personal reason	No points can be granted. *This does not apply if otherwise stipulated by applicable local law or the Conditions of Carriage.
Timing of payments	The purchase must be made at the same time as the booking. *This does not apply if you use the Peach Fare Holder service.

Refunds for cancellations at the customer's personal reason	The total amount of fare, taxes and airport charges, minus a cancellation fee will be refunded in Peach Points. Cancellation must be made at least 1 hour prior to the departure time stated in the itinerary. Fees and charges other than fares, taxes, airport charges, etc. are not refundable. Peach Points are issued in the same currency as the ticket purchase and issued to the name of the first passenger listed in the booking. This does not apply if otherwise stipulated by applicable local laws or conditions of carriage.
Cancellation fee	The following cancellation fee will be charged per person per sector. Standard Plus

Flight change	You can change your flight free of charge. Up to one hour prior to the departure time stated in the itinerary. Cannot be changed to swap the segment order. The fare type cannot be changed. If there is a difference between the ‘Standard Plus’ fare and the fare of the flight you wish to change to, we will charge the difference. (If the fare is lower on the flight you wish to change to, the difference is non-refundable.) Fees for the previous flight (e.g. checked baggage fees, seat selection fees, etc.) will be cancelled and are non-refundable. An additional fee is charged for procedures carried out at contact centres and airport counters. *This does not apply if otherwise stipulated in the General Conditions of Carriage.
Change of origin / destination	It cannot be changed. *This does not apply if otherwise provided in the General Conditions of Carriage.
Change of passenger	Cannot be changed to another passenger.
Cancellation at the customer's personal reason	You can cancel up to one hour prior to the departure time stated in the itinerary.
Refunds for cancellations at the customer's personal reason	The total amount of fare, taxes and airport charges, minus a cancellation fee will be refunded to the method of payment. Cancellation fee	You will be charged JPY 500 per person per sector, regardless of the date of cancellation.
Timing of payments	At the same time as booking or within 24 hours of booking. If the departure time is less than 72 hours, the payment must be made at the same time as the booking. This does not apply if a sale or promotion applies. <If you wish to hold your payment after booking> The reservation is only confirmed once payment has been made. If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the booking will be automatically cancelled. Payment by convenience store, ATM or internet banking is not accepted. You cannot apply for insurance at the same time. After payment has been completed, you will need to make a request via the ‘Manege Booking website’.

The fare amount depends on the number of available seats at the time of booking.
Fares apply in the currency of the country/region of departure of the first segment of the itinerary.
Airport fees and taxes collected for payment to the airport or tax authorities are not included.
Fares, charges and fees for domestic flights in Japan include consumption tax.
No additional fuel charges (fuel surcharge) apply.
Additonal fee is required for purchases made at contact centres and airport counters.

Fees and charges are subject to the rates and currencies of the country/region of origin of the first segment of the itinerary.

If a flight is cancelled or significantly delayed and a refund is applied, the fare and various fees/charges for the refundable flight will be refunded to the method of payment.Click here for details.
Points(Peach Points) are valid for payment of fares, charges and fees. Peach Points cannot be refunded to a payment method, exchanged for cash, resold or transferred to anyone other than the user. Click here for details.
Refund means refund to currency if the payment method is currency, or refund to points if the payment method is points. Granting points means offering points based on the fare amount, in accordance with our rules, in cases other than refunds.
For unused tickets, taxes and airport fees can be refunded if applied for within six months of the scheduled departure date. However, an administration fee (JPY 3,300 per sector) is required.
