For Promo fares, Simple Peach Promo has same rules as Simple Peach fare, Value Peach Promo has same rules as Value Peach fare.

Reservation Changes

All types of fare can be changed; however, the change fees differ depending on the type of ticket that has been purchased. Changes to bookings are accepted via internet and Contact Center or at airport counter up to 1 hour before the departure time.

Please note that rebooking/flight changes between different fare types (For example : from Simple Peach to Value Peach) may NOT be done using the Peach website. Such changes may only be made via our telephone contact center or at the airport counter.

For Simple Peach, changes can only be made to flights scheduled to depart after midnight 2 days from date of change. If you want to change to a flight that is scheduled to departure before that, we suggest you change to our Value Peach or Prime Peach fare.

Fare Changes (Simple Peach fare⇔Value Peach fare)

Fare changes are available by paying the Change Fee and Fare difference. When changing from Simple Peach or Simple Peach Promo to Value Peach or Prime Peach fares, an additional change fee (Fare Type) is payable.
Fare difference is non-refundable.

Time/Date Change

Changes to Time/Date are permitted upon payment of the applicable Change Fee and Fare.
Changes to origin or destination are not permitted.

Passenger Name Changes

It is not possible to change the name on tickets.
It is not possible to transfer your ticket to somebody else.
If the person to travel is to change, the ticket must first be cancelled and a new ticket must be purchased.

Change Passport Details

Nationality, passport number, issuing country and validity dates can be changed at “manage booking” on our website. As the name on the passport cannot be changed, please be careful to input this data exactly as it appears on your passport at time of booking.

Change fee (Fare Type)

A change fee will be applied when changing a fare from Simple Peach or Simple Peach Promo to Value Peach or Prime Peach. This fee is in additional to the fare difference and the Change fee (Flight) may be charged if the flight has been changed.Please click here more detail.


Cancellation and Refunds

The rules differ depending on fare types.

“Simple Peach” fares are non-refundable. To cancel "Simple Peach" fares, 100% of total Payment will be applied as a cancellation fee.
To cancel “Prime Peach” ticket, ticket, the value of the fare minus cancellation fee will be refunded as Peach Points.
To Cancel “Prime Peach” ticket, 100% of the ticket value will be refunded as Peach Points without any cancellation fee.

Cancellation fee

Simple Peach Fare : 100% of total payment
Value Peach Fare : 1,080 yen(per sector per person)
Prime Peach : Free of charge

Passenger Facility charge is only refundable if requested in writing within 6 months of date of travel. However, please note that an administration fee of 3,240 JPY will be charged. For more details, please contact our Contact Center.

In case of delay and cancellation of reserved flights due to adverse weather conditions or other disaster

If your reserved flight is cancelled, heavily delayed or postponed due to adverse weather condition (such as typhoon, snowfall, or other act of nature), the following options apply regardless of the fare types.
There will be no cancellation or refund charges.
1、Change to an alternative Peach flight
Please refer to “Change to an alternative Peach flight” as follows.
2、Refund:

  • ・If the original payment was made by a credit card, we will refund to a credit card account or you may request a refund as Peach Points.
  • ・If your original payment was made at convenience store or through internet banking, we will refund to your bank account or as Peach Points.
  • ・If the original payment was made by China Union Pay or Alipay, we will refund to the original China Union Pay or Alipay account, or you may request a refund as Peach Points.
  • ・If your original payment was made by Peach Points, we will refund as Peach Points.
  • ・If your original payment was made by Peach Points and credit card, the amount you have paid by a credit card will be refunded to your credit card account, and the rest of amount will be refunded as Peach Points. You may also request the full amount to refund as Peach Points.

However, any connecting or return flights purchased under separate tickets will not be compensated under any circumstances.

Please be advised that Peach cannot guarantee your connection to onward flights under any circumstances such as heavy delay or flight cancellations.
Please understand that Peach will not transfer to other airlines, nor offer alternate transportation like trains, buses and we will not compensate any other fees for your travel (eg. Accommodation, rental car at travel destination)

Change to an alternative Peach flight

You have a 10 day period to change to an alternative flight. New flight must be rebooked and flown within this 10 day period.
10 day grace period begins the day after original flight date on Peach itinerary.
(Flights can only be changed during contact center and airport counter business hours.)
